As the deputy project manager you will play an instrumental part in running the organization, and will facilitate steady progress together with our project manager. Some of the tasks will include:

• Responsibility for HR and recruiting process of new members
• Long term planning for the organization and follow up of members
• Facilitating effective communication and workflow between members
• Contribute to other groups where necessary
